AP VoteCast data from midterms is now available
The Associated Press and NORC at the University of Chicago today made available the data from AP VoteCast’s more than 120,000 interviews with voters in the runup to the 2022 U.S. midterm elections.

AP’s role in the US midterm elections
On Nov. 8 The Associated Press will count the vote, declare winners and cover the results of House, Senate and statewide races across the U.S. in a critical midterm election cycle.

In a memo to staff on Monday, Washington Bureau Chief Anna Johnson and Deputy Washington Bureau Chief Steven Sloan announced key members of AP's team covering politics, democracy and elections:
